A 149 fountain pen by montblanc. This one has never been used never been inked very hard to find a new unused one from this era. This one dates from the early 1970's.

The pen is made from black precious resin inlaid with the montblanc emblem and finished in stunning 22K gold plated trim. Around the clip ring it reads Germany (no serial number as these were not introduced until 1991).

Around the center gold band it reads montblanc meisterstuck. The pens cap is screw on and the pen is a piston filler so will require a ink bottle to fill. The pens nib is stunning made from 18C two tone gold and is a F= fine in size.
