Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Fountain Pen, which comes with a Montblanc presentation box. The pen has been regularly used over the years, but is presented in overall lovely condition - there is a faint patch of scratches on the centre of the nib, but this doesn't effect the use of the pen.

The pen features an 18k bi-tone medium nib and early style plastic feed. With these features being used between 1990-94 and discounting 90 and 91 because this pen doesn't feature the shorter serial number, we'll put this between 1992-94. Being a 149, this is a piston filling pen, and as such your choice here is bottled ink. The important details are as follows..
